Our local inspection and testing team has offices in Seattle and Tacoma with a combined staff of over 70 employees. Terracon is approved by the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) to perform inspection services for reinforced concrete, prestressed (post tensioned) concrete, shotcrete, structural masonry, structural steel/welding, spray-applied fireproofing, post installed anchors, lateral framing and mass timber. We have one of the largest staffs of WABO registered inspectors in the Pacific Northwest. All nondestructive testing is performed in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A, supervised by Level III individuals qualified by examination.
