Terracon’s Nashville office opened in 1996. We employ more than 50 professionals who provide environmental, facilities, geotechnical, special inspections, and construction materials engineering and testing services for our clients.

Our environmental team is an industry leader in providing asbestos consulting, industrial hygiene, Brownfield site assessments, and more throughout Middle Tennessee. Terracon’s award-winning geotechnical services include slope instability, forensic studies, karst terrain/geophysics, and pavement evaluations. Our engineering technicians can perform Special Inspections required by the IBC code as well as construction materials testing. Our materials laboratory is accredited by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and is validated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Terracon’s facilities team assists our clients with building enclosure consulting, inspections, and testing; and ADA consulting services.
