Terracon’s Houston office has been providing environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and construction materials services for more than 25 years. Founded in 1994 as HBC Engineering, Inc., we opened our doors with five employees. We’ve now grown to more than 170 engineers, geologists, scientists, technicians, and support staff providing a range of engineering consulting services for a diverse portfolio of private and public clients.

Our work has included projects of significant importance to the Houston community, including post-Hurricane Harvey Infrastructure Improvement Projects, Ship Channel Bridge, CityCentre, TDECU Stadium at the University of Houston, improvement projects at Hobby and George Bush Intercontinental Airports, METRORail, and Minute Maid Park.
