Columbus

The Columbus office was founded in 1991 as a part of the H.C. Nutting Company and joined Terracon in 2007. The experienced staff in the office have worked in the central Ohio area and Midwest United States for more than 30 years. Field technicians hold certifications by ACI, NICET, and ICC. Environmental capabilities include Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, Wetlands, Asbestos, Lead Paint, and Brownfields services. Geotechnical capabilities include subsurface explorations, pavement investigations, seismic geophysical engineering, pressuremeter testing, and in-situ load testing. Construction materials testing capabilities include ICC special inspections, soil, concrete, asphalt, NDE testing, and structural steel testing and observation services.
